From the end of the November to the end of the January, it is a Christmas season. Compare with Japan, it lasts for long time. New Zealander gives Christmas cards to parents, friends and so on, and also they gives Christmas presents. 24th on December, it is grand. 25th on December, most of the restaurants and shops shut and many people spend the time with their family or important person.
